Event Description
Running and growing a small business can be tough. Even if you have family, friends or colleagues you can’t always talk to them about the challenges you’re facing.
As part of Global Entrepreneur Week, we are delighted to offer small business owners the opportunity to spend 15 minutes with Small Business Agony Aunt (Liza Armstrong of Herts Growth Hub) and Agony Uncle (Francis Hooke of We Grow Businesses). Bring us your small business problems, and together Liza and Francis will do their best to give you solutions.
Agony appointments will be run at the Business and Technology Centre (BTC) in Stevenage. Appointments are open to BTC residents, Incubator residents and any other Hertfordshire small business owners.
Small business owners are often very busy. So our small business agony appointments are just 15 minutes long. During that time you can outline your issues to Liza and Francis. They will provide the best advice they can – everything from government grants to small businesses know-how.
All small business problems are welcome at our small business agony appointments. All information is kept strictly confidential. You will not be sold to, added to a marketing database or pictured online without your explicit consent. All we hope is that you leave with some new ideas, a new perspective or just more awareness of what else is out there that might benefit you and your business.
